About Team Thompson
We are both amateur but insanely enthusiastic athletes, taking part in many big sport challenges, such as marathons, ironmans and triathlons. We share a common goal to spread our enthusiasm for sport and fitness to anyone, of any level of fitness, who owns a pair of trainers and wants to improve their wellbeing. If you want intense weekly training, develop a coaching programme for a marathon, run with a supportive ladies group, prepare for a skiing holiday or just get back to exercise for the first time in a while, we believe we can help you.
Together, from our base in Essex, UK, we offer

These are the services we offer, as well as regular classes we also offer bespoke training like marathon training, anything challenge or fitness programme for individuals or groups - just try us, we will make your challenge our challenge too.
SCHOOLS AND GROUPS
We support schools and community groups, introduce training methods for triathlon groups, or just regular exercise programmes. Contact us for a bespoke programe -we are keen to work with groups of all levels and show age is no barrier to fitness.
Contact us for a bepoke running programme - with gait analysis and helping you buy the right equipment for the job. Shoes are incredibly important for long challenges.
