PERSONAL TRAINING

Trained, insured, fully qualified, motivated.

 

We have a well equipped gym at our home for your personal training session, but the outside world is also our work place, we are happy to train anywhere, in the park, on road, in the countryside.  

We are both expertly qualified and have taken part in many events.

 

We've even won a few!

 

But we always enjoy the buzz of taking part in A BIG COMPETITIVE EVENT always with a massive sense of achievement WHEN WE FINISH (albeit sometimes with relief, we are human after all). 

Qualifications are important (w e have the important ones), but they are not everything. 

We pride ourselves in creating an appropriate programme, tailored for your current health, fitness, limitations and aspirations. You will be fully evaluated before you touch a dumb bell.

 

 

 

Your sessions are all about you - we will push you, but within your limits. 

 

We can coach you through an specific event or weekly - it's up to you. We are dedicated to the fitness industry. We have innovative and up to date equipment. We are passionate and a little bit crazy about fitness ourselves.

What motivates us to do what we do? (Really, people ask us this a lot!)

We love sport and have a respect for health and fitness, we have completed many marathons, triathlons, duathlons and aquathlons. 

As we celebrate our  big birthdays (aka get older!) we continue to go strong, with ultra events (Clare) and running at National standard and achieving podium places (Pete) . 

We know how to get fit, stay fit and balance fitness with enjoyment.

 

We are a husband and wife team, we work separately and together. We enjoy coaching others, with many success stories.

  • Sports-specific fitness with experience in running, swimming, skiing, golf, cycling, indoor rowing, football, rugby and more. 

  • Help to maintain and improve your health and fitness, as older athletes ourselves we fully embrace this challenge. 

 

Above all - it’s not all hard work! Sessions  are fun as well as challenging! (The feedback from our clients supports this claim!)
